I had a fantastic experience with Wheelmania, in particular the Birmingham branch and Sebastian! I reached out to Wheelmania for a set of Japan Racing SL-01 wheels for my car and had a fantastic email exchange with Sebastian, who helped me through the whole process from start to finish. He was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and patient, answering all of my questions and making sure everything was right for my car. I went to the Birmingham branch today to have my new wheels fitted and was met by Sebastian, who was just as friendly and helpful in person as he had been over email. The whole fitting process was smooth and professional, and the team did a fantastic job. The attention to detail and customer service really stood out. I’m absolutely over the moon with how the car looks and couldn’t be happier with the wheels or the service I received. Massive kudos to Sebastian and the whole team at Wheelmania! I've just had my Focus ST wheels refurbished here as they had all been kerbed with the front left being especially bad. 2 of them also needed trueing as a result of pot holes. Amazing customer service, helped me out with picking the right sizing of my tyres. The delivery process was very quick and quality of the alloys is outstanding, truly the best i’ve seen. And i’d also like to just say that Sebastian is a wonderful person for being patient with my queries about the product. Went to Wheelmania for new wheels for my Golf GTI. Can’t fault the service or experience. Sebastian was really helpful when trying to help me decide what wheels to get and really friendly when I went to get them fitted. Everybody there was really friendly and welcoming. The car looks amazing🤩 Will be recommending Wheelmania to everyone - 10/10 experience!
